Though each and every case is different in all businesses and all the needs require different solutions we offer a base rate that's affordable to everyone’s budget. Once a call is made to our office by a member of your team, a professional tech is dispatched to your location with in the hour. Our standard hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm however we do provide 24/7 emergency service for those who have extended office hours and operating hours.

A basic hourly rate of $ 125.00 is imposed for the first hour and or until the known problem is identified, at that time depending on the solution we provide a written proposal that will be presented for approval.

Cutting a check or just the hassle of trying to get one written is not always the highlight of the day, therefore once you and your company have committed to a annual service contract and supplied a simple credit application, we will
set your firm up with an account number and place you on a net 30 day payment plan.

For those who are new clients and clients not wishing to comitte to an annual service agreement, we do have a COD policy where payment is upon the completion of any work performed.

We do understand that funding is not always on hand by means of a check or even petty cash, therefore we will work
with you in order to prevent any form of down time or loss of data. ( agreement of extended credit must be approved before work is performed by Miami Multi Media Solutions.)
