Monthly updates to Microsoft Office products
Verify and update anti-virus components.
Verify and update anti-spyware software, run spyware scan to verify system is clean
Check status of firewall operations.
Check status and function of battery backup units on a quarterly basis.
Check status of all cooling fans and clean all dust on an annual basis or as needed.
Check status of, and if needed defragment and scan hard drive.
Check status of any hardware firewall firmware and update as needed.
Maintain and update software and hardware inventory.

Maintain proper operations of operating systems.
